ELS Administration LLC is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Manager
Description
- Facilitate orders on a weekly basis
- Work with all the District (store) Managers one-on-one to finalize their plans. This includes transferring overstock from all Districts as needed.
- Place orders in the system and help communicate demand with the plant.
- Work with District Managers to set and execute on inventory turns
- Provide guidance and assistance to assigned locations for maintenance and accuracy of bin locations in the inventory operating system which may require travel to the site to assist with the organization and setup of inventory and shelving for proper bin locations.
- Process inventory transactions as required by the assigned warehouses in the operating system and assist with evaluations to establish inventory on hand while reporting unusable inventory in the various locations.
- Monitor all negative and in-transit inventory.
- Communicate with assigned locations regarding any inventory transactions or issues.
- Prepare monthly inventory accuracy reports for management.
- All other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
EHS REQUIREMENTS:
- Complete all work in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements consistent with supporting the company’s TRIR goals.
- Follow all environmental requirements consistent with supporting the company’s environmental performance goals.
- Complete, and actively participate in all of the company’s EHS training requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree
- Minimum one year of related inventory experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the office.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and carry up to 10 pounds.
- Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at assigned desk area.
- Must have the manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment, including a 10 key adding machine, PC
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
